Founded in Lachine, Driven by Action

In 2021, Benoit Martin and Maxime Descoteaux founded Besco Construction with a clear vision: to offer a general contracting service where rigour and integrity are non-negotiable. Javier joined the team shortly after, solidifying the company’s leadership. Based in Lachine, they built a team capable of taking on residential, commercial, and large-scale multi-unit projects.

The company quickly established roots in Greater Montreal and opened a second office in Brossard to better serve the South Shore. Besco’s growth rests on a simple principle: every job site completed by the book becomes the best calling card for the next one

What Sets Besco Construction Apart

Besco Construction holds an RBQ licence (5793-5009-01) and is a member of the ACQ, the AMP, the CCQ, and the APCHQ. This structure allows us to manage an entire project, from excavation to interior systems, with one team responsible for the result. Two offices, in Lachine and Brossard, ensure a field presence on the South Shore as well as on the island of Montreal.
